You have a multitude of choices when it comes to home inspection companies in the Greater Louisville area. We know that. We also understand that many home inspectors look, feel, and sound alike.
ABI Home Services differentiates itself from the rest.
We believe that by using the latest technology and equipment, our clients can and will receive a more thorough home inspection. We live, work, and play in a society driven by technology. Many home inspection companies have not kept up with the changing face of the 21st Century.
ABI has.
Bells and Whistles. That's what most home inspectors call them.
We call them Necessities.
Through the use of industry-leading special equipment, ABI Home Services has taken the traditional home inspection and made it...different. Different in that our home inspections take more time in your home, are more thorough, and are superior to our competitors'.
Many inspectors boast about having "computer generated reports delivered on site." We agree that clean, professional reports are a must. However, if a home inspection report needs extra attention to get it right, we believe that you, the client, will be willing to wait a few extra hours to make sure it's complete.
Most of the time ABI is able to deliver your report the same day, but if we need extra time to double check our notes, we know you'll want us to take it, to make sure that your home inspection report is complete and accurate.
What do you mean, "Special Equipment?"
Here's an example: Let's look at part of the electrical system inspection. Many home inspectors use a tool known as a "GFI Analog Electrical Outlet Tester." This device plugs into a outlet to "tell" the inspector what is right or wrong with that outlet. Do they work? Usually. Do they provide the minimum information possible? Always.
ABI uses a "True RMS Digital Circuit Analyzer" on all available outlets. This tool give us a lot more information than we would get with any other outlet tester.
Take a look at the specs between a sample of the equipment ABI Home Inspection Service uses versus the equipment of other companies.
