I suppose this is where my cleverness and wit pours out of your monitor like a waterfall. Sorry to disappoint you. I’ll tell you what you will get though, you’ll get educated. Not educated like going to school and listening to some burned out teacher regurgitate the same lesson year after year just because he doesn’t want to stay home. Not that at all. What I’m teaching is needed. You see, I’ve been in the real estate game for some time now, and I must tell you, it’s scary out there.
I hate to burst your bubble, but your home was NOT build by Norm Abrams or Bob Vila. I’d be willing to bet your home was build by the Sub-Contractors with the cheapest bid. Quality went out the window (more than likely a cheap window) as soon as the green backs starting stacking on the WRONG persons desk. Do I sound angry? Maybe a little…
So, what are we all about? Good Question. The purpose of all of this is for you. I want you to be smarter. Every day the ignorance of people just amazes me. I don’t mean people are stupid, just blind. I want you to know and understand about your home, after all you spend the majority of your time there right? You should know a little something about it. How it is built, how it works. It’s not rocket science people.
I see good people get taken all the time. This doesn’t sit well with me. Most of the time, these situations can be avoided when the home owner (you) is armed with the tiniest bit of knowledge about the problem they are having.
Unless your money tree is growing at a record pace, you need me.
