Every ABI Home Inspection requires a Pre-Inspection agreement form to be signed by our client. This will allow your home inspection to proceed without pause or interruption. If you will not be able to attend your home inspection (while not required, we hope you'll be there), we ask that you print out the Pre-Inspection Agreement and return a signed copy to us before your appointment date. You may also wish to print a copy and allow your attorney to look over the agreement.
